The opportunity: Blender Animation Specialists will be responsible for creating high-quality character animations, including accurate viseme-based lip-sync for dialogue in AR projects. Responsibilities: Understanding project guidelines and character rigging requirements in detail Creating and refining character animations with precise viseme implementation Deliver high-quality animations with zero client complaints and minimal revisions Responsible for 100% deadline compliance on individual tasks with zero delays Requirements (skills & experience): Expertise in Blender (modeling, rigging, animation) Proven experience in character animation and viseme creation for lip-sync At least 5 years of industry experience is preferred Desired abilities: High level of attention to detail Must be able to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within given instructions and standard practices Ability to adapt to project-specific requirements in animation production.
