What you will do: 1. Be part of a 24x7 Retention Team 2. Triage issues coming from various channels such as phone, chat, email or web portal (Blended process) 3. Prioriotize customer urgency and issues 4. Search and reuse information from internal information repositories 5. Log all incidents, requests and customer interactions into the case management system 6. Drive issues through the organization with urgency 7. Assess customer sentiment at all stages during the communication 8. Communicate verbally or in writing with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness and professionalism 9. Understand the business impact of issues 10. Stay calm under stressful conditions while driving issues forward 11. Quickly learn and apply new knowledge and concepts Note-Immediate joiners are preferred and want only BPO company experience.
