This role involves providing both customer service and basic technical support to UK-based clients. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding support via voice, email, and chat channels. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Eligibility Criteria: Education: 10th, 12th, or Graduation (Note: Candidates with BE, BTech, BSc, or PG degrees are not eligible). Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills are a must. Technical Skills: Basic tech knowledge is preferred, but not required. Must be adaptable, quick to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
