You should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in embedded C & C++ development. It is essential to possess good knowledge and practical experience in working with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as Free RTOS or Zephyr RTOS. You should also have exposure to and be familiar with debugging code in an RTOS-based environment. Additionally, it is crucial to have a strong background in working with RTOS-based Micro-Controllers and be well-versed in various communication protocols like Modbus, Ethernet, BACnet, and REST in embedded systems. Proficiency in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), BLE Mesh, and BLE GATT server is a must. Experience with microcontrollers such as STM32, Nordic, and ESP32 would be an added advantage. Moreover, having knowledge and experience in working with custom bootloaders and firmware upgrade (Firmware Upgrade Service - FUS) is highly beneficial. Familiarity with dual cores and software versioning tools like SVN/GIT is preferred. You should have hands-on experience in control & interface board bring-up and a strong understanding of IOT cadence. Good knowledge of GCC compilers, especially on VS Code IDE, and experience in writing make files for building are considered advantageous for this role.,
