Debug prototypes using lab equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters. Ensure designs comply with industry standards and certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS). Prepare performance reports, test documentation, and support the manufacturing handover. Stay up to date with emerging technologies in IoT, embedded systems, and power electronics . Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication (ECE) , Electrical, or related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware design or embedded product development. Experience with microcontrollers and embedded platforms (ESP32, STM32, MSP430, etc.). Proficient with interface protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and USB. Ability to read schematics, debug hardware, and analyze signal/data integrity. Familiarity with EMI/EMC practices , DFM/DFT, and design compliance requirements.
Role Overview We're seeking an Embedded QA/Firmware Tester to validate end-to-end functionality of our IoT home automation products. The role involves testing firmware, hardware integration, mobile app connectivity, and cloud services to ensure reliable performance across the system. Key Responsibilities Test embedded firmware and validate integration with hardware. Perform device-to-app and device-to-cloud sync and OTA validation. • Work with Zigbee, BLE, Wi-Fi, MQTT, HTTP protocols and troubleshooting tools. Validate REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, etc. Test cloud integration (Azure/AWS IoT Core). Automate tests using Python, Shell, or Bash scripts. Log and manage issues using bug tracking tools. Conduct performance, stress, and reliability testing. Required Skills • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical background (ECE/EEE). • Strong experience in firmware testing and IoT system validation. • Good understanding of hardware-software interaction and debugging. • Hands-on with API tools, basic scripting, and connectivity troubleshooting. • Familiar with OTA updates, mobile companion app testing, and cloud sync. • Working knowledge of test frameworks, Agile practices, and QA documentation.
Role Description As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will serve as the primary contact for our production teams, including Warehouse, SMT, PTH, and Module Assembly, to address quality-related matters. When the production team identifies a quality concern such as improper soldering of a componentyou will investigate the issue, determine the root cause, and lead containment efforts to ensure no defective products are sent to customers. Collaborating with production and engineering teams, you will initiate corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis tools like the Ishikawa diagram. You will resolve issues systematically and efficiently. Using data from tests and inspections, you will identify and propose process or resource improvements and work with your colleagues to implement these changes, positively impacting the quality performance across production. Qualifications Experience in Quality Engineering and Quality Management. 3- 6 years of experience in a similar Quality role from EMS Background. Proficiency in Quality Auditing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems. Experience in manufacturing and production processes. Process-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively. Implementing quality methods such as Control Plans, FMEA, etc.
