Engineering Bachelors or Master's degree in Metallurgical, Mining, Production or Mechanical, or similar streams, and/or MBA from a Tier-1 B-school 5-9 years consulting experience in Metals and Mining industry or 3-5 years of industry experience plus 2-4 years of consulting experience Thorough understanding of metal and mining value chain, including raw material supply chain, metal production processes, sales and distribution, maintenance Knowledge of advance analytics and use of Machine Learning in efficiency improvement Understanding of data (structure, architecture, flow, etc.) and analytics (operational KPIs, reporting, dashboarding, etc.) Proficiency in interface design, python, SQL and other programming is added advantage Whats in it for you?
