Role & responsibilities a) Support in Sales & Marketing of Service & MRO business for Thermal Power Plant steam turbines &its accessories. b) Technical Direction and supervision leadership for safely site service activities of Operational maintenance, Testing, Repair and startup activities of Steam Turbines and its auxilaries system accordance with engineering best practice and contractual work scope requirements with coordination to project office. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering. 510 years of experience in turbine spare parts, preferably in power generation. Strong understanding of gas/steam/wind turbine components (e.g., blades, bearings, seals, nozzles, rotors). Familiarity with OEMs Industries. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and spare part lists (BoMs).
