Insight Global is seeking an Operations Excellence Lead to join the Finance organization of a global consumer healthcare company. In this role, you will drive process improvements and technology implementations, collaborating closely with finance operations, technology, data cross-functional teams, and stakeholders. You will play a key role in identifying risks for implementations or migrations and maintaining a RAID log for related programs and work streams. As a strategic partner to the business, you will manage projects based on organizational priorities and project timelines. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in audit or financial operations within a global or shared services environment.
