Hiring: Video Creator (Meta Ads & TikTok) 📍 Location: Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida / Agra (must be able to commute for shoots) We’re a global fashion & lifestyle brand operating in the US and EU, looking for a Video Creator to plan, shoot and edit short-form content for Meta ads and reels. This is a behind-the-camera role & we are not looking for influencers or on-camera talent. Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit reels and short videos end-to-end. Create strong hooks and storytelling that drive CTR and conversions. Optimise content performance through A/B testing and learnings. Maintain a clean, premium editing style that matches global standards. Requirements Proven reel/ad editing skills with a strong portfolio. Hands-on experience with Meta ads, Instagram Reels, TikTok. Understanding of hooks, retention, and performance metrics. Ability to balance creativity with results. Must be willing to travel locally for shoots.
