In this role, you will manage client accounts, oversee seamless execution, and ensure top-notch delivery. You&aposll be the bridge between clients and internal teams while also shaping the agencys external voice through thought leadership and strategic brand positioning. Key Responsibilities Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables. Brief Management & Execution: Accurately decode client briefs and ensure flawless, timely execution with zero operational escalations. Content Strategy & Calendar Management: Lead content ideation and develop platform-wise content calendars and development plans. Research & Insight: Conduct in-depth research to craft compelling, relevant, and engaging content aligned with client goals. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships by offering proactive solutions, managing expectations, and effectively incorporating feedback. Topical & Trend-Based Content: Create timely content that leverages current trends and moments relevant to client brands. Internal Storytelling: Work with internal teams to identify and craft case studies, brand stories, and cultural highlights to amplify the agencys narrative. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in brand communication, client servicing, public relations, or strategic content preferably in an agency or events/media environment. Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality projects. Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats. Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. Self-driven with a growth mindset and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines.
