The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring efficient coordination between clients and the processing plant. You will play a critical role in driving growth in pre-treatment, dyeing, and finishing operations for both narrow and wider width fabrics. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard potential customers for job order processing (exporters, converters, garment manufacturers, etc.). Promote the company’s processing capabilities in pre-treatment, dyeing, and finishing. Target customers handling cotton, polyester, viscose, blends, and specialized fabrics. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the production/quality teams. Understand customer requirements in terms of fabric type, shade, hand feel, and delivery schedules. Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business. Order Management & Coordination: Coordinate with production, planning, and quality control teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.
