Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Sales Specialist with 2 years of experience to join our team . The candidate will engage prospective clients over phone and digital channels, explain BKM Globals trading services, and convert leads into active clients. This is a target-driven role reporting to the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and digital channels. Present and explain trading products, account types, and subscription services. Convert prospects into active clients while meeting monthly sales targets. Guide clients on trading strategies, market trends, and risk management. Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, follow-ups, and sales activities. Build and maintain client relationships to encourage retention and upselling. Stay updated on market trends, trading platforms, and competitor offerings. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in trading or financial services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Basic understanding of financial markets and trading instruments. Comfortable in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot). Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
