Description

Venpa Global Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of BKG - Customer Service on behalf of IndusInd Bank in Chennai (Karapakkam).

This on-site opportunity offers the chance to work with one of India’s leading private sector banks, assisting customers through video-based KYC verification and service support. The role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in both English and Hindi, possess strong communication skills, and are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience.

Role Details

✔️We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented team member to join our Contact Center team. The role involves supporting IndusInd Bank’s valued customers through phone calls and emails across various banking verticals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to provide efficient and accurate resolutions.

Role Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries, requests & complaints ✔️ Raise service requests/complaints in the CRM tool ✔️ Generate leads & educate customers on new products and benefits ✔️ Ensure compliance with all guidelines and processes ✔️ Identify customer issues, highlight trends & suggest improvements ✔️ Meet monthly scorecard targets – Quality, Efficiency & Accuracy ✔️ Maintain strong knowledge of products, processes & systems ✔️ Achieve assigned sales targets

Specific Requirements

  • Experience: 0 to 5 years in customer service or related roles.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong team player with adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to work in Day and Evening Shifts (No night shifts).
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.

Compensation

  • Freshers: ₹3 LPA + Performance Bonus
  • Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹5 LPA + Performance Bonus
