The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media pages to enhance the company’s brand presence and engage with the target audience across digital platforms. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyses social media metrics to optimize content and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with marketing goals. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community engagement. Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to refine campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to plan and schedule posts and campaigns. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Assist in influencer outreach and social media marketing initiatives. Support crisis management and brand reputation on social platforms. Reporting to: Social Media Manager/IT Head Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
