What You’ll Do: Make 40–60 calls daily to potential sellers Guide sellers through signup, profile setup & first post Pitch product clearly to local business owners Support non-tech-savvy sellers in onboarding Achieve daily targets - successful onboardings Share feedback to improve scripts & processes What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years in telesales, customer service, or onboarding Fluency in English, Hindi & at least one regional language (Kannada, Marathi, etc.) Confident, energetic communicator with strong people skills Comfortable with CRM tools, calling apps & spreadsheets Motivated, adaptable, and excited to grow in a startup Why Join Us?
