Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Patna for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include market research, negotiations with prospective clients, creating proposals, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to align on business goals. The role also involves tracking sales performance and customer feedback to refine business strategies. Qualifications Experience in identifying new business opportunities and market research skills Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills Strategic planning, proposal creation, and implementation skills Collaboration with marketing and product teams experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on-site in Patna Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
