It is essential for you to stay updated on smart contract technology advancements, industry trends, and best practices. Your responsibilities will include documenting programming code, project details, and operational procedures to maintain a comprehensive knowledge repository. You will also engage with external stakeholders, auditors, and security specialists to conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, particularly in architecting, building, and managing layer 1 chains. Your expertise should extend to both PoS chains like Ethereum and PoW chains like Bittensor. Additionally, you should be well-versed in Substrate and EVM Clients for developing layer 1 blockchains. Your track record should demonstrate successful development and deployment of protocols or app-chains, coupled with a strong command of programming languages such as Solidity and Vyper. A comprehensive understanding of blockchain architecture, decentralized applications, consensus mechanisms, and proficiency in blockchain development frameworks and tools are essential. Moreover, you should have extensive experience in advanced testing methodologies for smart contracts and a history of implementing scalable blockchain solutions. Proficiency in various blockchain platforms, networks, consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and DApp development is crucial for this role. Must-have skills include proven expertise in blockchains, a solid grasp of various blockchain platforms, and a thorough understanding of networks like Bittensor. Familiarity with building cross-chain and bridging mechanisms from Ethereum and Bitcoin chains will be advantageous.
