You should have 3-8 years of experience as a Workday Technical Consultant with key skills in Workday Technical, Workday Finance, and Workday HCM. Your responsibilities will include hands-on experience in Advanced Compensation and Talent Management modules, maintenance, and configuration of existing Workday Core HCM application. You will also assist in updating system configuration, test and deploy business process solutions, and provide best practices and solutions for Core HCM functional area. Additionally, you will create Workday reports (including dashboards), work on various integration tools & methodologies such as EIBs, CCW, Studio, PICOF, and PECI. Experience in Workday Release management is required. Strong communication skills are essential for working with business stakeholders. Being active in the Workday Community and performing POCs to improve Workday solutions and implementation methodology is expected. Having knowledge of BIRT Reports will be an added advantage.
