As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer at DigiValet, you will play a crucial role in building and running large-scale, fault-tolerant systems. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging in the whole lifecycle of services, from inception to design, deployment, operation, and refinement. - Supporting services before launch by providing system design consulting, developing software platforms, capacity planning, and launch reviews. - Scaling systems sustainably through automation and driving changes to enhance reliability and velocity. - Deploying new modules and upgrades, and resolving issues in the production environment. - Creating requirements and procedures for routine maintenance. - Monitoring availability, latency, and system health of live services. - Practicing sustainable incident response and conducting blameless postmortems. Your qualifications should include: - Hands-on experience with CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu administration, including YUM, Log Rotation, Cron, LVM, LDAP, and Bash Scripting. - Proficiency in managing SuperMicro, HP, Dell servers, RAID Setup, IPMI, BIOS/UEFI Setup, and networking components. - Strong networking knowledge in TCP/UDP, IP Routing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with Linux Firewalld, Iptables, Virtualization Technologies, Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, and server patching tools. - Experience in server health monitoring using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios. - Knowledge of server performance optimization and containerization with Docker will be beneficial.
