Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Associate Manager (HR & Administration). The Associate Manager will be responsible for handling HR tasks such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. Additionally, the role involves administrative duties including office management, maintaining records, developing and implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The individual will also assist in coordinating sales and marketing efforts to support business development. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proficient in Sales and Marketing techniques Experience in Training and Employee Development Strong organizational and administrative capabilities Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the healthcare or clinical diagnostics industry is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
