Job Title: Chip-Level Repair Trainer Laptop/Notebook Location: [Your Location e.g., Whitefield, Bangalore] Job Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 60,000 70,000 per month (Depending on experience) About the Role: We are urgently looking for an experienced Chip-Level Repair Trainer to train students and fresh technicians on L1, L2 & L3 level repairs of laptops/notebooks. This is a key technical training position with hands-on responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Deliver practical and theoretical training on L1, L2 & L3 chip-level repair (motherboard, BGA, SMD components, circuit tracing, diagnostics, etc.). Design and update training content/curriculum based on current industry standards. Conduct assessments, troubleshoot student queries, and provide real-time lab support. Maintain lab equipment, tools, and ensure safety standards. Monitor trainee performance and prepare reports. Requirements: Minimum 5-15 years of hands-on experience in chip-level laptop repair. Prior experience as a trainer/instructor is highly preferred . Strong technical knowledge of laptop hardware, micro-soldering, BIOS, power sections, etc. Good communication and presentation skills in Hindi or English. Patience and mentoring attitude. Preferred Candidates: From chip-level training institutes or service centers. Willing to take classroom as well as on-job training batches.
