Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the biorepository, including specimen receipt, processing, cataloging, storage, and retrieval. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, GLP, GMP, HIPAA, GDPR) and maintain high-quality biosafety protocols. Oversee and troubleshoot lab equipment such as freezers, refrigerators, and environmental monitoring systems. Develop and implement SOPs, QA/QC programs, and optimize lab workflows for efficiency. Manage inventory systems for tracking specimens, samples, and client data. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory and client compliance. Maintain accurate records of biosecurity measures, hazardous material handling, and disposal as required. Qualifications & Skills: MSc/MTech/PhD in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field. Hands-on experience in biorepository/laboratory management, including sample processing and quality control. Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP, GCP, HIPAA, GDPR).
