As a Sales Executive for biofermenters, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in various industries such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals. Your main tasks will include understanding and effectively communicating technical specifications and advantages of biofermenters to potential clients. You will conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to meet clients" specific processes and requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as R&D heads, process engineers, and procurement teams will be crucial. Collaboration with engineering and production teams to provide customized solutions for customers is also part of your role. You will be required to prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements to meet targets. Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments is essential. Attending industry trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions to generate leads and promote products will be expected. Providing post-sales support, coordinating with the service team for installation and training, and maintaining CRM records are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical, Chemical, Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in biotech equipment or industrial fermentation systems. - Strong technical understanding of fermentation processes and bioreactor systems. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-centric approach. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English is required for this role, and the work location is in person.
