Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers. Help with employee onboarding and documentation. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in managing attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination. Support in organizing HR activities, events, and training sessions. Help draft HR communications, memos, and policy updates. Assist in the automation of repetitive tasks using tools like Excel macros, SQL queries, or scripting. Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. Support ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software systems as needed.
