We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. As an entry-level HR professional, you will assist in various HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination. This is a great opportunity to start your career in HR with hands-on exposure to core HR functions. 🔸 Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interviewers. Help with employee onboarding and documentation. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist in managing attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination. Support in organizing HR activities, events, and training sessions. Help draft HR communications, memos, and policy updates. Assist with any ad-hoc HR tasks as required by the team. 🔸 Eligibility & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related fields). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
