Educational Qualification Experience M Tech/ BE / B Tech in Computer Science or engineering / MCA Experience Atleast 8 years of experience with minimum 05 years of experience in biometrics. Job Profile Responsible for monitoring biometric service provider performance, accuracy and quality of biometrics, analysis of technical issues, co-ordination with BSPs in resolving the issues Resolving issues dependent on other tracks. Monitor various system components including Biometric/ Demographic De-duplications, etc. Support smooth deployment of new applications version minimizing impact and downtime. Continuously drive automation of operational issue to enable lights out operation. Resolve issue in collaboration with MSAP/MSIP Providers on Technical Support and other issues. Designs and maintain technical and project documentation. Any other tasks assigned by ADG (Biometric) or UIDAI
