As an IT Executive in Pune (Viman Nagar) with 1.5 to 3 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be the comprehensive management of IT hardware and assets. This includes tasks such as inventory tracking, vendor management, and providing maintenance support. You will also be in charge of IT tools and administration, which involves managing O365 and Azure Active Directory, configuring firewalls and networks, and ensuring continuous power supply. Furthermore, your role will encompass Microsoft Phone system administration, handling conferencing services, and managing transcription billing. You will be responsible for overseeing CCTV systems, biometric access, NAS backups, and other office equipment. It is imperative that you efficiently manage onboarding and offboarding tasks to guarantee seamless access and security for all employees. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to resolve helpdesk tickets within specified Turn-Around-Times (TATs) and generate monthly reports detailing the status of assets, service expenses, and rental billing.
