Roles & responsibilities: Promote, demonstrate, and sell medical and hospital equipment to hospitals, clinics, and labs. Conduct on-site installations and provide basic training to healthcare staff. Offer technical support and preventive maintenance services. Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with healthcare professionals. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor in Biomedical/Electronics/Electrical/Telecom/Mechanical Streams - Engineering/Diploma. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience of sales and marketing in relevant business is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Extensive travel to the allocated territories within South of India Excellent time Management skills. Reviews and analyzes medical device incidents involving patient care biomedical equipment, correcting deficiencies as identified Provides oversight of the biomedical equipment maintenance, repair, calibration and evaluations of clinical equipment (e.g., Defibrillators, Beds, Infusion Pumps, and Ventilators) in accordance with departmental procedures. Responsible for biomedical service operational requirements which include the daily assignment of tasks pertaining to equipment repair and support. Monitor, and control budgets to assure the most cost-effective and efficient operation. Provide management for of other Biomed personnel. This includes employee motivation, hiring, discharge, discipline, promotion and performance evaluation. Provide technical training to other employees in areas such as: equipment operation and checkout, repairs, preventative maintenance, quality assurance practices, procedures, and documentation. Partner with the Director to in the evaluation of new equipment as required and make recommendations pertaining to its electrical and functional conformance to standards. Provides management support at LHDCMC and AAMC and partners with Director of Biomed on ongoing special projects and initiatives.

Candidates from Diagnostics Background Candidates Only 1. Ensure that all machines from private labs are entered in machine maintenance software application 2. Maintain preventive maintenance schedule for each and every machine in all labs 3. Create report about under-utilized machine, over-utilized machine 4. Enable machine transfer plan based on its utilization report. 5. Use Smart Ticket system to maintain details about breakdown of machines 6. Analyze and present report about breakdown causes and actions to be taken to reduce breakdown 7. Ensure all calibration certificates and other relevant artifacts pertaining to machines in all labs are stored in one drive. 8. Ensure that AMCs are renewed before expiry as applicable. 9. Give monthly presentation to management as part of centralized action team agenda. 10. Maintain daily log for machines as applicable 11. Maintain service reports for Instrument Breakdown 12. Maintain lab sheet & Lab Calling 13. Maintain all machines data of Labs & Labs 14. Maintain Machine Health Status Sheet 15. Handle Breakdowns & Maintain all necessary documents of all Instruments.
