Job Title: Biology Teacher – 10th Grade (Female)

Location: Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu

Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (preferably in CBSE/Matric syllabus)

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Biology Teacher to join our school faculty. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for inspiring students to excel in science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Biology for Grade 10 students as per the prescribed syllabus (CBSE/Matric).
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons that promote curiosity and conceptual understanding.
• Conduct practical sessions and experiments in the school laboratory.
• Evaluate students’ performance through regular tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Maintain proper records of students’ academic progress and attendance.
• Develop and use appropriate teaching aids and materials to enhance learning.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic planning.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology / Botany / Zoology.
• B.Ed. (Mandatory).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
