Biology Faculty

Base Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective Biology lectures for NDA, CDS and other defence-related competitive exams.
Design lesson plans, teaching aids, and exam-oriented strategies to simplify complex concepts.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions, practice classes, and revision workshops.
Prepare, review, and update study materials, test papers, and assignments.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and question trends.
Travel to other Defence Wallah centres or partner institutions for workshops and classes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of teaching experience for competitive exams (NDA, AFCAT, or defence-related exams preferred).
Strong command over Biology concepts for senior secondary level (NCERT syllabus).
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness and ability to travel as per institutional requirements.

Skills Preferred:

Exam-oriented teaching techniques.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology.
