Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients for laboratory testing, while providing exceptional patient care and ensuring accurate and timely sample processing. Qualification: BMLT or DMLT must. Key Responsibilities: - Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture or capillary puncture techniques - Label and process samples for laboratory testing - Maintain accurate records and logs of sample collection and processing - Provide exceptional patient care and communication - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective sample collection -- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of sample collection and processing - Accurately perform pipetting tasks, including: - Measuring and transferring precise volumes of blood or other fluids - Handling and preparing samples for testing or analysis - Maintaining accurate records of pipetting activities - Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or phlebotomy certification preferred - 0-2 years of phlebotomy experience; new graduates with training in phlebotomy also considered - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software Must Have:- - Can do demonstration, training of other technicians, Installation Of Device, Basic troubleshooting and Maintenance of CBC and Biochemistry Analyser. - Field Work Ready: Willingness and ability to conduct fieldwork as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various environments. - Willingness to Travel: Prepared to stay in other states for extended periods as needed to support project requirements
