Biochemist

Minimum 5 Years Experience

Requirements:

• Perform, supervise, and validate all routine and specialized biochemistry tests
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely release of laboratory reports
• Implement and comply with NABH laboratory standards and protocols
• Develop, follow, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor and document Internal Quality Control (IQC) and External Quality Assurance (EQAS)
• Identify non-conformities and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Authorize and review test results before report dispatch
• Ensure proper sample collection, handling, labeling, and traceability
• Oversee calibration, validation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Manage reagents, consumables, storage conditions, and expiry monitoring
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety, infection control, and biomedical waste management
• Supervise, train, and assess competency of laboratory staff
• Maintain complete documentation as per NABH and hospital policies
• Coordinate with clinicians and departments for effective patient care
• Participate in audits, quality meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹2,500,062.00 per month
