Technical Sales Executive You’ll be the face of Biochem to local partners – helping them understand, test, and succeed with our products. Key Responsibilities Work directly with manufacturers, furniture factories, and contractors Provide on-site product demonstrations , surface testing , and technical consultations Identify client needs and propose tailored water-based coating systems Report customer feedback and market insights to company leadership Support after-sales service and ensure long-term customer satisfaction 🔹 2. Technical Manager – North India You’ll lead technical excellence in the region and help bridge customers with our Vietnam R&D team. Key Responsibilities Oversee technical support and product training across North India Guide and support technical sales team members Coordinate with R&D teams in Vietnam to deliver customized solutions Ensure that product performance meets client standards and usage conditions Act as a bridge between customers and product development , ensuring continuous improvement ✅ What We’re Looking For (Both Roles) 3+ years in wood coatings, industrial paints, or chemical sales A strong technical background in spraying, finishing, or QC is a must Intermediate English communication (written + spoken) Willingness to travel across Jodhpur, Jaipur, and New Delhi Bonus: Experience with wood coatings like PU, Varnish, and water-based wood coatings. 🌱 Why Work With Biochem?
