Role Description This is a full-time role for a Legal Associate located in India to start, and with prospects to relocate to the UAE. The Legal Associate will have some flexibility with working from home. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, analyzing legal issues, providing legal advice, and communicating with clients and stakeholders. The role entails extensive research, drafting, and collaboration with other legal professionals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law or related field required. If a Master"s degree then it will be useful. Experience in commercial, maritime, and international trade law is required. PQE of 4-7 years. Knowledge and experience in handling Legal Issues, either in a law firm or an in-house role. Proficiency in law with strong analytical skills Effective communication skills, and willingness to grow the Company's footprint. Excellent interpersonal skills.
