About the role: We are seeking a Junior Paid Media Specialist who can support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other platforms. With around 4 years of hands-on experience, they are expected to independently manage day-to-day campaign tasks under the guidance of a Senior Paid Media Strategist. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, metrics-driven, and eager to grow in performance marketing. Key Responsibilities: Execute and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and possibly LinkedIn Ads. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting using tools like Google Keyword Planner and platform-specific insights. Write, test, and iterate ad copy and creatives in collaboration with designers and the senior media team. Monitor campaign performance daily and make bid adjustments, targeting refinements, or budget reallocations based on real-time data. Use Google Analytics to assess landing page performance and user behavior. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key KPIs (CTR, conversions, ROAS, CPC). Support A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages. Follow structured workflows and optimization checklists to ensure best practices are implemented. Communicate findings, issues, and suggestions to the Senior Paid Media Specialist for review and strategic input. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in running PPC campaigns, either in an agency or in-house setting. Demonstrated ability to manage small to mid-sized campaigns with performance improvements over time. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and campaign optimization techniques. Agency experience is preferred (due to exposure to multiple accounts), but not mandatory. Creative Eye – Offers input on visuals or messaging that could enhance ad performance. Eager to Learn – Open to feedback, coaching, and ongoing skill development. Key Tools & Platforms: Google Ads – Campaign setup, keyword research, bidding strategies, and reporting. Facebook Ads Manager – Building and optimizing paid social campaigns. LinkedIn Ads – Bonus if they’ve run or supported campaigns here. Google Analytics – For tracking user behavior and campaign attribution. Google Ads Editor and Facebook Business Manager – For bulk editing and campaign management. Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) – Basic familiarity is a plus. Keyword research tools – Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, or similar. A/B testing experience – Comfortable testing variations in ad copy, creatives, and landing pages. Working Conditions: Onsite at Coimbatore office 8 hours per day Monday to Friday
