The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience generating high-quality leads, optimizing paid campaigns, and scaling ROI-positive marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising & Lead Generation Plan, execute, and optimize performance-based campaigns on Google Ads , Meta (Facebook/Instagram) , LinkedIn , and YouTube .
