The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of Third-Party Inspection, auditing, and verification services. Key Responsibilities: -Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and relationship-building. -Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. -Work closely with technical and operational teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals. -Present proposals to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and positioning as the preferred service provider. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and requirements. -Collaborate with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional services and ensure customer satisfaction. -Collaborate with the management team to develop accurate sales forecasts and strategic plans. Qualifications and Requirements: -Proven track record in managing inspection and business development within the Oil and Gas, Energy, Power, or Mining sectors. -In-depth knowledge of auditing, third-party inspection, and verification services. -Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. -Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. -Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets. -A bachelor's degree or diploma in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
