Job Title: Billing & Office Administrator Experience: 1 Year (Minimum) Location: [PAMMAL, Chennai, Tamil Nadu] Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred : Female Candidate Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing and Office Administrator with at least 1 year of experience to manage day-to-day office administration and billing operations. The ideal candidate will handle client billing, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall office coordination to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts. Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely collection of payments. Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding billing queries and documentation. Assist in preparing quotations, work orders, and project cost summaries. Handle daily office administration, correspondence, and filing. Maintain records of attendance, petty cash, and office supplies. Support the management team in preparing reports and documentation. Coordinate with accounts and project departments for data updates. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, accounts, or office administration. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, etc.). Good communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Basic knowledge of GST, invoices, and purchase documentation preferred.
