As a BIM Architect / BIM Technician at Urban Frame, a knowledge-based design practice in Bengaluru specializing in Architecture, Interior Design & Master Planning, you will be an integral part of our dynamic studio. With a portfolio encompassing Commercial + Offices, Cultural, Educational, Healthcare, Hospitality, Residential, Mixed-Use, Sports Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Urban Planning & Design, we are seeking individuals with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with all project stakeholders to develop detailed GFC drawings, ensuring projects align with the design goals of the client and maintain a focus on excellence in design. You will be tasked with overseeing that all work meets client requirements, coordinating with the design team, and delivering high-quality and timely outcomes. Additionally, you will conduct regular meetings with Consultants to synchronize architectural needs and requirements, participate in Site Visits & DRMs, and create detailed architectural blueprints using design software. Working closely with architects and engineers, you will refine designs, ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, and incorporate client feedback into design revisions. It is essential to stay updated with the latest architectural software, particularly AutoCAD & Revit. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in BIM & AutoCAD, hold a B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture, and have prior experience in the real estate industry.
