Role Overview: - Creating high quality Revit content to set specifications and standards under minimal supervision. - Working with the Digital Content Library Leader to continuously improve existing digital modelling content. - Working with the wider digital development team to enable use of new tools and processes by updating existing content. - Working in project delivery teams to aid production when required. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating history of relevant technical qualification(s) and training background in Revit content creation. - Following Level of Development standards such as BIM Forum, NBS, etc. - Performing parametric geometry creation and manipulation. - Handling Revit categories, Object styles, and Visibility Control effectively. - Managing parameter creation and management. - Understanding Family Types and Type Catalogues. - Preferable experience with Adaptive Components. - Preferable experience with other software related to design activity, including Navisworks, BIM tools. - Demonstrating understanding of content creation considerations beyond own discipline background experience. - Preferable experience with Dynamo. - Presenting/sharing strategies internally and externally is preferable. - Working in international teams is preferable. - Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Upholding Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any relevant field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revit content creation. - Excellent knowledge of Revit, particularly in respect to Revit content creation and its functioning within the Revit project environment. - Proficiency in required CAD design tools, Revit, and AutoCAD. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong business acumen and customer service attitude. - Self-starter with the ability to work as a positive, energized, and adaptable global team member. - Flexibility with work times to align with colleagues in different time zones. - Collaborative mindset with project team members for requirements and functionality necessities. - Strong relationship building skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
