BIM Modeller

As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing 3D models using BIM authoring tools to support design, coordination, and construction activities. Your role will involve preparing detailed models, drawings, and documentation to ensure accuracy, constructability, and alignment with project standards and requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed architectural/structural/MEP models based on design inputs. - Produce coordinated drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings. - Ensure BIM models meet required LOD (Level of Development), naming conventions, and standards (ISO 19650 / project-specific). - Work closely with BIM Coordinators, BIM Managers, and discipline engineers. Qualifications Required: - Experience in using BIM authoring tools. - Knowledge of architectural, structural, or MEP design. - Familiarity with LOD requirements and naming conventions. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
