BIM Modeler

As a Mechanical BIM Modeler at AEC Associates, located in Noida, Sector 125, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and reviewing mechanical (HVAC) systems for MEP projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing HVAC systems for MEP projects, such as air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and exhaust systems. - Performing heat load calculations, duct sizing, pipe sizing, and equipment selection. - Preparing HVAC layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings using Revit MEP and other relevant software. - Developing BIM models according to project standards and LOD requirements. - Coordinating with Electrical and Plumbing teams to ensure integrated MEP designs. - Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications in compliance with industry standards. - Assisting in site visits, inspections, clash detection, and quality checks. - Supporting installation, testing, and commissioning activities. - Identifying design issues and proposing technical solutions. - Coordinating with procurement teams for material selection and approvals. - Staying updated with the latest industry codes, technologies, and BIM best practices. Qualifications & Skills required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. - 5-7 years of experience in Mechanical/HVAC MEP design, BIM modeling, and site coordination. - Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and HVAC design tools. - Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and standards. - Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection. - Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
