Job Description

BIM Modeller – HVAC
Experience: 2–6 years

Responsibilities:

Create HVAC BIM models in Revit as per project standards.
Develop 3D models, coordinated layouts, shop drawings.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks.
Model ducting, piping, and HVAC equipment (AHU, FCU, VRF, etc.).
Support engineers with updates, QTOs, and coordination.

Skills Required:

Strong in Revit (HVAC), AutoCAD, Navisworks.
Knowledge of ducting, piping, ventilation systems.
Ability to read HVAC & MEP drawings.
Familiar with LOD, BIM standards, and coordination workflow.

Preferred:

Experience in commercial/industrial projects.
Knowledge of ASHRAE/SMACNA standards.
