BIM Modeler - Fresher

As a CAD Drafter/BIM Modeler at our company, your role involves providing CAD drafting/BIM modeling and design support. You will be expected to learn and utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and methodologies, analyze point cloud data, and create Revit models accordingly. Your responsibilities will also include supporting in preparing drawings, reports, and documentation, coordinating and managing Revit models, creating Revit families and CAD blocks, and obtaining work assignments from project managers. It is crucial to review all work for completeness and accuracy, use quality control checklists, and submit work within deadlines. In addition, you are required to observe professional ethics and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new digital design tools. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. - Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software (training will be provided). - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. - Willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.,
