Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Minimum of 6-10 year of total experience.
Minimum experience of 2 years in Middle East is preferred, but not essential.
Proven track record in building services design with different types of sectors, including high rise, commercial, residential, retail, Healthcare, Industrial, refurbishment, etc.
Must be experience in commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.
Must be good experienced in REVIT, Navisworks, BIM 360 & AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Must be able to produce drawings and BIM models with minimum supervision.
Preparation of Electrical layouts for schematics/SLD, lighting, power, fire alarm, containment, earthing, and lightning protection layouts using BIM/CAD
Responsible for fully coordinated 3D modeling of electrical systems using Autodesk Revit
Knowledge of BIM standards and Revit Family Creations.
Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Good team player whilst remaining self-motivated.
Leadership skills, with the ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
