BIM MODELER CIVIL & MEP

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler – Civil and MEP to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and managing accurate and detailed 3D models for civil and MEP systems using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools. The role requires coordination with design teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure models meet project specifications and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:General:

• Develop detailed and accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate and integrate models from various disciplines including architecture, structure, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processes.
• Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and field markups.
• Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
• Support construction teams with visualizations and technical support from BIM models.

Civil:

• Create models for civil components such as grading, utilities, roads, drainage, and site development.
• Incorporate civil survey data into BIM.
• Coordinate civil model data with structural and architectural models.

MEP:

• Model MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Ensure accurate routing, spacing, and installation feasibility for MEP components.
• Collaborate with MEP engineers and contractors to validate model accuracy.

Requirements:Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in construction or engineering industry.
• Strong experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 19650, LOD (Level of Development), and other BIM protocols.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes, MEP systems, and civil design principles.
• Proficiency in BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,234.62 - ₹50,662.56 per month
