BIM Modeler (Architecture)

This position involves working in the Architectural Ceiling Design Team at XS CAD’s Global Delivery Centre at Andheri in Mumbai.

XS CAD’s Architectural Design Team consists of skilled professionals including Architects, Architectural CAD Technicians, 3D Visualizers, Project Leaders & Sr. Project Leaders with varied experience. This team at XS CAD delivers Architectural Design Development & Pre-Construction 3D / BIM Documentation & Modelling services to architects, engineers, home builders, and contractors within the design and build environment.

XS CAD has had the privilege of delivering Architectural & MEP Services for thousands of projects over the past 15 years including Retail Chains, Residential Structures, Hospitals, Airports, Stadia, Educational Institutes & Commercial Structures as well.

This position involves working in a team of Architectural Ceiling Revit & CAD Designers working on a variety of International Architectural Ceiling BIM & CAD Design Development projects for Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors. This is a role for working on international & high-profile projects involving the following aspects -
1. Ability to understand various Architectural Ceiling Design elements and their various detailing requirements.2. To work with the team and deliver the Architectural Ceiling and Interior Design Documentation projects within the time, budget, and quality that is desired3. Ability to work efficiently in Revit and comfortable in using its main functionalities.4. Ability to speak/write in English will be considered as an advantage.

Qualifications and Experience
Draughtsman in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil.1+ years of working in an Architectural Drafting / Design environment with at least one year in Revit / 2+ years of BIM experience can also be considered.

Compensation
Our Compensation and Benefits are competitive as per Industry Policies. Compensation for this post will be in line with qualifications and experience. It will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
