BIM Modeler (Architecture)

You will be working in the Architectural Ceiling Design Team at XS CADs Global Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The team comprises skilled professionals delivering Architectural Design Development & Pre-Construction 3D / BIM Documentation & Modelling services for various projects like Retail Chains, Hospitals, Educational Institutes, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Understand various Architectural Ceiling Design elements and detailing requirements - Collaborate with the team to deliver projects within the set time, budget, and quality standards - Proficient in Revit for efficient workflow - Proficiency in English communication is an advantage Qualifications Required: - Draughtsman in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil - Minimum 1+ years of experience in Architectural Drafting / Design with at least 1 year in Revit or 2+ years of BIM experience XS CAD offers competitive Compensation and Benefits aligned with industry standards.
