Position Summary

The BIM Manager MEP will lead the strategic direction, operational excellence, and technical innovation of the MEP BIM division. This senior role combines leadership, business development, and technical expertise to ensure high-quality BIM delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Planning

• Define and execute the BIMMEP divisions strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead proposal development.
• Monitor division KPIs, project profitability, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated on BIM technologies, industry trends, and MEP standards.

2. BIM Projects Management & Technical Oversight

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of BIMMEP projects to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with client requirements.
• Provide advanced technical guidance on BIM processes, standards, and coordination across disciplines.
• Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant standards.
• Resolve technical challenges and optimize workflows for efficiency.

3. Team Leadership & Development

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing BIMMEP team.
• Provide training on BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and industry best practices.
• Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

4. Business Development & Client Management

• Strengthen client relationships and represent ICE at industry events.
• Lead project presentations, contract negotiations, and client communications.
• Drive repeat business through quality delivery and proactive engagement.

5. Financial Management

• Develop and manage division budgets and forecasts.
• Control project costs to ensure profitability.
• Review financial reports and implement improvement measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
• 10+ years in MEP engineering & BIM project delivery, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, BIM processes, standards, and coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools; familiarity with project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of international codes and BIM standards.
