Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for building information modeling (BIM) and expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems? If so, this BIM Modeler MEP position could be your perfect fit! You'll play a crucial role in our team, utilizing your BIM skills to create accurate and detailed 3D models of MEP systems for diverse construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop BIM models for MEP projects using software Revit. Prepare and assist in the creation of drawings, including floor plans, sections, and elevations. Understand the BIM coordination process and participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings. Stay current with the latest BIM technology and trends, and share knowledge and expertise with the team. Continuously update technical knowledge and skills Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor or Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related field. Experience in using BIM software Revit. Experience with AutoCAD will be beneficial Basic knowledge of MEP service design overview and construction processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
