The ideal candidate will deliver training on civil CAD and BIM tools to students and professionals, provide academic support, and assist in curriculum enhancement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Civil CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, STAAD.Pro, etc. Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and project assignments as per the syllabus. Provide academic guidance and resolve student queries during and after sessions. Evaluate and assess student progress through practical assignments and exams. Ensure students receive hands-on experience through project-based learning. Stay updated with the latest trends in BIM and construction design technologies. Support CADCENTER marketing efforts through seminars, webinars, and workshops. Collaborate with other trainers and technical staff to maintain quality standards. Requirements: Diploma / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (Architecture & Structure), Civil 3D, Navisworks, and STAAD.Pro. Strong communication and presentation skills. Teaching or mentoring experience preferred (not mandatory). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for education and student development. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of additional tools like Lumion, SketchUp, or Primavera is an advantage. Certification in BIM or related tools is a plus. Willingness to upgrade skills and learn new tools as per market trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering hands-on training, developing course materials, and supporting civil engineering professionals in mastering Navisworks for coordination, clash detection, and project visualization. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging training sessions on Navisworks with a focus on civil and infrastructure projects. Provide instruction on integrating Navisworks with CAD Civil 3D, Revit, InfraWorks , and other relevant tools. Develop custom training materials, tutorials, and user guides tailored to various skill levels. Conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions for engineers, drafters, and project managers. Support trainees in real-time project environments, ensuring effective application of Navisworks in coordination and review. Stay up to date with the latest features, best practices, and updates in Navisworks and related Autodesk products. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering and BIM teams to identify skill gaps and design appropriate training interventions. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in Navisworks Manage and/or Simulate , especially in civil and infrastructure projects. Strong background in civil engineering design software , especially CAD Civil 3D . Prior experience delivering technical training or mentoring in a corporate or academic setting. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in interpreting and teaching 3D models, clash detection workflows, and coordination techniques. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications: Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI) or equivalent certification. Experience with additional tools such as InfraWorks, BIM 360, or Revit. Knowledge of construction project workflows and data collaboration strategies.
